The Adamjee Life Academy

 

The Academy was born from the idea that we wanted to bring learning to the desktop of the Adamjee Life staff member. Make learning easy and accessable to all employees.

 

Create an environment condusive to learning and enable employees to continue their learning from anywhere where they have an internet connection, whether this is the office of home or even the coffe shop downstairs. 

 

Most importantly, excellerate the pace of learning and transfer the knowledge to the workplace. This resulted in the launch of the Adamjee Life Academy on the 17th June 2013 in parnership with the Saylor Foundation, an online learning environment in the USA.

 

Since the launch of the Adamjee Life Academy many Saylor online courses has been successfully completed by 10 folds employees completing hundreds of courses amongst them. 

 

This overwhelming responce to this menthod of learning then gave birth to development of our own online learning portal.
